The Brief: Conceptualize and execute a scaled-down version of “The Afterparty” that expands its reach to include creatives within the fashion space and beyond. The event will embody the spirit of a NYC summer, providing a networking gala that celebrates Black creatives in fashion, entertainment, and the arts while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Brand Proposal Development: Crafted detailed brand proposal decks that clearly communicated the event’s vision, objectives, and benefits to potential sponsors and partners, securing essential collaborations.
Partnership Development: Negotiated and secured strategic partnerships with industry organizations and media outlets, enhancing the event’s visibility and credibility.
Marketing & Outreach: Crafted and executed a targeted marketing strategy to attract a diverse audience, leveraging social media, influencer collaborations, and community outreach to drive awareness and attendance.
Creative Direction: Curated the event’s visual and thematic elements to reflect the spirit of NYC summer, ensuring a cohesive and engaging atmosphere.
Event Production: Managed all aspects of event production, including venue selection, setup, scheduling, and on-site coordination, to ensure a smooth and successful execution.
Talent & Guest Management: Handled relationships with speakers, performers, and special guests, including coordinating their participation and managing logistics for a seamless experience.
